DELIVERY - CHECK PRICES OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT 

UK Royal Mail Standard Parcels, 3+ days delivery, maximum 20Kg. Examples £4.41up to 2Kg, £7.06 2Kg+ to 4Kg
UK Royal Mail Heavy Items, up to 7 days delivery, maximum 3Kg. Examples <1Kg £1.34 rising to <3Kg £2.55
UK Royal Mail First Class Packet. Delivered with normal post. The most expensive of the Royal Mail options.
UK Express Delivery Charge £13

European Standard Delivery £17.54

Rest of the World Standard Delivery £29.94

 

1.If your order is placed after 2.30pm, you should expect your order to be dispatched the next working day.  If you have selected the Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Heavy Items option please allow up to 7 days for your goods to arrive. 
2.If you select our express delivery option then your goods will be dispatched by courier on an overnight delivery. Your goods should arrive by 5.30pm the following day. Again if your order is placed after 2.30pm then you should expect your order to be dispatched the next working day.
3.If your goods do not arrive by the estimated time, as laid out in this paragraph, then please contact us either by email at sally@marshfieldcountrystores.com or by phone on 01225891728. Please have all the relevant order information available for us.
4.If you have specific delivery requirements that are not listed in the online options please contact us, either by email at sally@marshfieldcountrystores.com or by phone on 01225891728. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirements.
5.marshfieldcountrystores.com will always attempt to deliver your order within the times laid out in the customer information page.  However, due to events beyond our control, on occasion delivery of goods may be delayed. In this event marshfieldcountrystores.com cannot be held responsible and will not in any way pay compensation.

During postal strikes we Strongly suggest that you select the Express Delivery option.  We can not be held responsible if you select Royal Mail Delivery and your goods do not arrive
 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
a.If you wish to return goods purchased from marshfieldcountrystores.com you have a full 28 days to do so. The goods must be in an unopened state and in full working order. All returns wll be subject to a 10% handling charge unless returns are for faulty goods or goods in a damaged state on delivery. All goods will only be accepted back with prior written permission and a valid returns number.
b. If you recieve your order and any of the items are found to be faulty then we must be informed in writing within 7 days. The item(s) will then be returned to the manufacturer for testing. If the goods are found to be faulty we will offer a full refund. All goods will only be accepted back with prior written permission and a valid returns number.
c.Where written confirmation is required either a letter or email is acceptable.
